Why outsource? In my business consulting experience, I have seen both large advisory firms, to the one-person office, be consumed in client planning work. Often what planning for the client will ether be removed or drastically decreased, due to the time constraints. In today's world, client service work ist the golden star for service and outsourcing is necessary for client satisfaction, growth and helping the lead advisor meet their goals.

As needed plan: hourly rate $65 - No contract, only use my services when you need them.
20 hour a month or less plan: hourly rate $50 - contract minimum of 5 hours per week ongoing.
I need you more that 5 hours per week plan: hourly rate $45 - contract minimum of 5 hours plus each week.
